30 KOTA POLYESTER

30 kota polyester is new generation India’s invented drawn textured flat yarn. 

30 kota polyester is a flat yarn mainly used in weaving in the warp for its lightweight property. It has the capacity to hold heavy weft denier thus fabric becomes light in weight, premium in quality and hard in the property. It’s used in producing premium quality sarees, dresses, and other home apparel. We can offer various colours for different looks and designs. 30 kota is a substitute for 20 and 30 mono yarn and 30/1000 yarn. It is also suitable for knitting and weaving on circular knitting, warp knitting, Water Jet, Air Jet, Rapier, Jacquard, Power Looms, Laces, Elastics, Tapes, and many others. 30 kota has Low Shrinkage and Anti-Pilling: leading to its acceptance in the textile industry. We can offer 30 kota in various export packaging as per your needs.

30 Kota nylon is a flat yarn used in both warp and waft. Its premium finishing makes it an alternative to silk (which is much more expensive). The fabric of nylon kota yarn looks premium and has a very smooth feel to it. To ensure uniform thickness, low pilling tendency and fine finish we examine each and every 30 Kota nylon spool in various parameters.
